The potato is cooked, mashed, dehydrated and made into flakes. Just add 1 - 1½ cups of water to one cup of Tinglings potato flakes and mix well. Potato mash is ready to use.

Mashed potato can be used as a delicious filling for aloo paratha or stuffed chappathi, aloo tikki, cutlet, samosa etc. Potato flakes can also be used as a thickening agent and can be added directly to a variety of dishes.
