Shipping Policy

All orders placed through the website of Foodgrove India Pvt Ltd (https://www.foodgrove.in) before 6.00 PM Monday to Saturday, will be processed for dispatch within 24 hours and delivered via domestic courier services as per agreed delivery timelines. Delivery within Chennai: 3-4 working days Delivery for other metro cities: 5-7 working days Delivery for non-metro cities: 8-10 working days Orders placed between 6.00 PM on Saturday to 9.00 AM on Monday or on government holidays will be processed for dispatch within the subsequent 24 hours. Delays in dispatch may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of FGIPL. FGIPL shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the courier company. FGIPL shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration of the product occurring during transit. Delivery of orders will only be made to the address as mentioned by the buyer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Any delay in delivery caused by incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges- Within Chennai- Flat rate of Rs 55.00 will apply. Outside Chennai- For orders upto Rs 500.00, shipping charge of Rs. 85.00 will apply. For orders between Rs 501.00 to Rs 1000.00, shipping charge of Rs 140.00 will apply. For all orders above Rs 1000.00, within or outside Chennai, delivery is free.
